It is a requirement of this framework agreement that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded agreement, the types of insurance indicated below:

Employer's (compulsory) liability insurance = GBP 5 million;

Public liability insurance = GBP 5 million ;

Product liability insurance =GBP 5 million;

Professional indemnity insurance = GBP 10 million.
