Stroud District Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to entering a single works contract with some design to provide planned works to homes and communal areas as per the following scope of work (but not be limited to): bathrooms, external doors, electrical, heating, kitchens, windows, external works, roofing, external walls, communal areas. The contractor will be required to deliver all work types.
