The project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Jessica programme

The works will be undertaken under a Construction Management Contract. This tender is for the following lots:

1. Groundworks, Substructures, Concrete Floors, Drainage and External Works (measured)

2. Structural Steelwork (D&B)

3. Roof and Wall Cladding (D&B)

4. Curtain Walling, Doors and Windows (D&B)

5. Mechanical and Electrical Installations (D&B)

6. Ground Source Heat Pump Installations (D&B)

7. Lift Installations (D&B)

Warranties will be required from package contractors with a design responsibility.
