Attract to Train and Sift
The current contract for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service’s “E” Recruitment system is due to expire and we are now seeking to re-tender for the provision of Services.
The aim of the system is to be more accessible, efficient, effective and free of bias system during the initial stages of the recruitment process for both our Wholetime and On-Call, (part-time) firefighters.
The current processes for both the Wholetime and On-Call firefighters is included in the Tender document, however if as a potential supplier you believe that there is a more effective/different way of providing the service we would very interested to hear from you.
The Implementation Period will start 1st August 2020, with the Recruitment Process commencing 1st September 2020.
Whilst it is not essential, CFRS seek to build relationships with contractors/suppliers who are accredited living wage employers or who pay their employees a minimum of the national living wage.
