What is your cancellation policy?

If you are thinking of cancelling your subscription to Tenders Direct please contact us as soon as possible.  The earlier you let us know about anything you are dissatisfied with, the more likely that we will be able to do something to rectify the problem for you. 
 
If you have subscribed to the annual plan we operate a rolling subscription to ensure continuity of information. We will send you a reminder email one month prior to renewal followed by an invoice on the renewal date for the next year’s subscription. You then have 30 days to arrange payment or cancel your subscription. If you do not request cancellation within this 30-day period, we assume you have accepted renewal.
If you have subscribed to the quarterly plan we will send you an email reminder 2 weeks before the renewal date. You can then decide if you want to upgrade to annual, sign up to a further quarterly subscription, or if you do not want to renew.
