LOCOG is seeking to appoint a Main Contractor under a Design and Build Contract for the fit out of the Uniform Distribution and Accreditation Centre (UDAC), a key Olympic venue to be situated in existing warehouse premises in East London.

The work comprises elements of strip out, remedial works and fit out to a number of buildings on the site.

Deliverables include:

Building Control and all statutory requirements.

Demolition/strip out, repairs and remediation including modification of existing and new openings and ramps, fencing, floor finishes, modification of existing and new roller shutters, modification of existing warehouse racking, partitioning solutions, decorations, minor building works, statutory signage, joinery (doors) and ironmongery.

M&E deliverables include containment, small power, perimeter space heating, lighting, fire detection and alarms.
