  We have developed a strong partnership with Tenders Direct who provide Extrium with a vital source of business opportunities such as the contracts we recently won to provide Defra and the Welsh Assembly Government with support in implementing the Environmental Noise Directive over the next 4-5 years.

1. Subscribing to Tenders Direct

The process starts when you Subscribe, simply:

  • Enter your details
  • Choose the geographical location(s) you are interested in
  • Select the business categories that best describe your
    product or service
  • Select your preferred payment method

3. Receiving Tender Alerts

We email you tender alerts the same day the tenders are published so you're always ahead of your competitors.

You can also add a second email address at any time to receive tenders.

2. Setting up Your Profile

Our Profiling Team will call you to set up the categories that deliver the most relevant tenders for your business.

You can see from the level of detail we go to in our Category System that your profile can be as broad or refined as you want.

And it’s flexible - if you want to get tenders from a new sector or simply just tweak your profile, our team are on hand to help you.

At this point, you can also choose whether or not to include 'Contract Award Notices' - these tell you who won a contract and its value.

4. Using Your Tender Control Panel

Whenever you log in, you're taken straight to your own Tender Control Panel within our secure members' area where you can:

  • Store tenders of interest in your favourites list
  • Email tenders on to your colleagues
  • Amend and update your profile at any time
  • Search our entire tender database
  • Book discounted training courses
