Millstream Associates Limited was co-founded by Tim Williams and Alan Brown - the company directors. Tim is the Managing Director and a recognised expert on Public Procurement in the UK and Europe. Tim has briefed Ministers, MPs and MEPs on changes in procurement law. Alan is the Technical Director heading up the IT Team who are responsible for all hardware and software requirements, and the smooth running of the systems.

Tenders Direct is one of the main brands of Millstream Associates and was was launched in 1992 as a tender notification service for companies in the UK and Europe interested in business opportunities advertised in the OJEU (formerly known as OJEC). Since then we have developed a sophisticated and unique profiling system which means that we can accurately match your criteria to the contracts on offer.

Within Tenders Direct we have a dedicated team who are responsible for sourcing lower value tenders. These smaller contracts are also much easier for a small or medium sized company to win. To find information on the contracts that are not advertised in the OJEU we have developed close working relationships with thousands of public sector organisations so that we can source this information directly.
